GETTING TO SOFIA HOTEL BALKAN
Sofia's AIRPORT is is located only 10 km from Sofia Hotel Balkan and the city center. The airport is the busiest airport in Bulgaria, offering flights to several European cities such as Athens, Paris, Vienna, London, Rome, Berlin and Amsterdam.
The Central Railway Station is located near the city center and only 2 km from our hotel. International trains from Kiev, Istanbul, Vienna and many other cities, make this station one of the main hubs for getting to Sofia.
From Sofia International Airport
Take Tzarigradsko Shose Boulevard and continue past the University of Sofia. Take Tzar Osvoboditel Boulevard until coming to the Largo. Continue straight towards Sveta Nedelya Square. The hotel will be on the
Take the E80. Turn right onto Konstatin Velichkov Boulevard and continue for three blocks. Turn left onto Todor Alexandrov Boulevard. The hotel is located at the end of the boulevard, opposite the statue of Sofia.
Take the E79 to Tsar Boris III Boulevard. Proceed to Macedonia Square. Turn left onto Hristo Botev Boulevard and continue for three blocks. Turn right onto Stamboliiski Boulevard. The hotel is located at the end of the boulevard.
From the Railway Station
Take Boulevard Maria Luisa Boulevard. Go over the roundabout and go straight on for about 1 km. Turn left onto Alexander Stamboliiski Boulevard, turn left at the crossroads and then take the first on your right. The hotel will be in front of you.
Take Tzarigradsko Shose Boulevard and continue past the University of Sofia. Take Tzar Osvoboditel Boulevard until coming to the Largo. Continue straight towards Sveta Nedelya Square. The hotel will be on the left. Turn left and the first right.
Take the E80 to Lomsko Shose Boulevard. At the interchange, turn onto Rozhen Bouldevard. Take Maria Luisa Boulevard for approximately one mile. The hotel will be on the left.
